Production Team consists of Assembly and Packaging, and each team organizes and adjusts its schedule so that production is organically processed.

When producing a new product, we do it together with researchers who developed the product. We also check quality with Quality Control Team making sure it fits the specification from the client.

We have a lot of good people with a strong sense of responsibility, so it’s quite enjoyable to work in such a great atmosphere. Of course, there’s a good support from the company. I believe that’s the real impetus behind this company.

I plan to research a system that allows people I work with can do their work more comfortably and efficiently while making products trouble-free. That way I can contribute to making the company the best one to work at and for.

My job is to inspect and manage products, checking to see if they are continuously and consistently made with high quality.

Quality Management Team belongs to Production Management Team. If we find points of improvement, we ask and discuss together with Production Team.

Since I handle food to be eaten by people, my goal is to make every product perfect without a single claim. If a product quality is improved, production becomes smooth and consistent, and people who work on it feel more responsible and involved. This leads to the improved image of esfood, which then results in winning trust from customers. Isn’t that the way we all have a better life?

We enjoy a simple round of beer. Once in every two weeks, we go out to delicious food over beer to chill and exchange praises and thanks.

When final products are sent to the warehouse, I inspect expiration dates or other remarks for accuracy and manage the in-coming and out-going of raw materials.

Because this is a final stage before reaching the client, the job requires a thorough managerial skill. He or she must be able to always understand and keep track of countless raw materials and products and interested in products.

People at Logistics Team are often busy with outbound shipping tasks, so we don’t get to see one another much, but assignments and systems are so well divided that we get along well without trouble. Flexible shifts make our work efficient, too. Because we don’t get to see much, we meet up after work more often than other teams.

I consider it the job of my lifetime and wish to be happy until the day I leave. For that I must be fully engaged and work hard, of course – so that I can confidently say “I was happy being with esfood” on my last day.

Business Support Team engages in various administrative tasks, such as handling personal and company history and information through Human Resource and taking care of various jobs through Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc. I am in charge of the entire Well Made Center and operate Goal Management Team to enhance employees’ competency and People Team to bring happiness of employees.

Each team sets and manages goals to help nurture the company’s growth. If there are any difficulties or issues to be resolved, I become involved in the discussion or resolution. Our ultimate goal is to attain a happy life, so I also handle personal and family matters or events of employees.

My goal is to bring happiness to esfood family. To attain such a goal, I wish to unite all employees and their family members to find happiness from small events in life and ultimately make esfood a company filled with joy.

As a food researcher at esfood, I am in charge of researching and developing new products. My job is to plan and develop special products through exclusive research at esfood and develop sauces for existing customers.

One needs passion, knowledge and a spirit of creative challenge for developing food. He or she needs to be professional in understanding raw materials, processes and properties required for a product to be developed. An attitude to continuously challenge new things and make creative attempts is also necessary.

For the researched product to be smoothly produced and sold, cooperation with the factory and sales team becomes very important.

I plan to research and develop strong products unique and exclusive at esfood. I wish to make esfood widely known to consumers by making a lot of special products through research at esfood .

I am in charge of Creative Center consisting of esfood R&D Team and Sales Team. My job is to develop special products through research, respond to developmental needs by existing customers and pioneer new sales routes. I also try to boost the spirit of employees.

Proud of over 20 years of history, esfood has so much experience in developing food products and an archive of great recipes. I can feel that the company is small but is being reborn as a powerful organization.

I plan on researching and introducing powerful products unique and exclusive at esfood. Of course I am preparing to introduce them through new distribution channels suitable for targeted customers. I’m more than ready to pour out this amazingly great and strong energy!
